Refund Policy

Please note, as we are shipping perishable goods, once your order has been shipped, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. 

Should you choose to change your mind, you may cancel an order for a refund if your order has not been shipped. A refund fee of 10% will apply to all order cancellations. Please call 416-276-5685 or send an email to shop@alkaramsweets.com if you would like to cancel your order.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (maximum within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is correctly submitted during the checkout process. No refunds will be issued for any orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
